Tindo Poezia is the red house cellar cuvee. The exact blend changes every year but as always
Frankovka Modrá
(blaufränkisch) based. Alibernet is a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante Bouchet that is common in Slovakia but nowhere else. Native yeast fermented, big old wood, no fining or filtration. This wine of playful appearance is in fact quite bookish. The aromas are deep, dank and woodsy. The texture is plush, the minerality mouthwatering and while a rich glass of wine it has a frenetic energy. Allowed air, it shows its savory, rooty flair gaining complexity and intrigue. A ringer for earthy game and roasted beets.
