FROM MAREK UHNÁK….

“No chords ... gives you a lot more freedom and space to hear things. When you go this way, you can go on forever.” (Miles Davis in The Jazz Review, 1958)

Juicy table red with heaps of red and dark garden berries and smooth tannins. The small part of Traminer brings a pleasant roundness, spicy and flowery final touch and aromatic lift. Cold cuts, terrines and patés. Rosemary and green pepper beef tagliata. Pasta with ragú bolognese. Roasted / caramelized duck breast. Notes Label art Klára Zápotocká, Dese

Neronet a red grape variety, is a cross between St. Laurent x Blauer Portugieser x Alibernet and was developed in 1965 in Lednice, Czech Republic. It is winter frost and botrytis resistant, and produces dark-colored, tannin-rich red wines with aromas of sour cherries and cassis. It is cultivated in Germany, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
